Recharge Process

Step 1: Tenant/resident goes to the supermarket and asks for prepaid electricity/water for the 13 digit meter number xxxx that’s located on the meter. They will
receive a till slip with a 20 digit voucher number on it.
Step 2: Tenant/resident punches in the 20 digit voucher onto the keypad of the prepaid meter.
Step 3: The amount the tenant purchased gets paid to the landlord or property
manager account.
